Sports in Seoul and South Korea
Korea has been very successful in recent years in attracting many major international sports events including for example the football World Cup and which changed the game of football (soccer in American) in this country. There are many options for sports enthusiasts to enjoy Korea and below we take a look at some of the best options. (You can also of course read the book chapters on Sports in Seoul.

Skiing and Snowboarding

Running and Marathons
Seoul Marathon is a great experience and one I can highly recommend and really quite different in its own way to major marathons such as London and NY. More on Seoul marathon.
Seoul Racetrack is a great place to go to if you want to have a chance to escape the skyscapers for a few hours to relax. Gambling is abhored in many parts of Korean society but you nevertheless find that the racetrack is very popular.
