The best Dak-Kalbi restaurant (Choon-cheon) - Intro 3
Dak-Kalbi restaurant in Seoul (Choon-cheon)
Special note: Thank you to all Korean people for your hospitality and kindness. Thanks to Valeria Lo Iacono, who went to Korea as my girlfriend and is now my wife. Thank you for
putting up with me and always supporting me. Thank you to Niall for the free accommodation in France whilst writing and thank you to Ginnie and Ji-Yeong Lee for your kindness in Korea. Thank you to Hayden Bland for your amusing conversations and for always making me pay for the food.
Finally, thank you to the local Dak-Kalbi restaurant (Choon-cheon) for your excellent service and for keeping me well fed. Let me finally say that overall, my experience in Korea truly was a memorable and pleasurable one. It is because I enjoyed my time in Korea that I decided it would be interesting to write about this fascinating country. There seems to be so little literature written about living in modern day Korea and I hope that this book will put Korea further on the map. This book also includes many expressions, idioms and comparisons between American and British English and this book is thus also an education tool for those of you learning English.
